Refund policy
RETURNS
Our products are intended for professional use. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing professional-grade supplies.
You can request a return on your product within 10 calendar days after delivery (based on carrier tracking).
In order to return a product, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging with all the tags and labels
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Approved returns are issued in the form of Store Credit only. No refunds to the original payment method are issued.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To start a return process, email us at support@microbladingsupply.com and include:
- Order number
- Items you want to return
- Reason for return
If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions for mailing your return.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you request a prepaid return shipping label, a $10 return label fee must be paid in advance before the label is issued.
The label fee is non-refundable and covers shipping and processing. Customers may also use their own shipping carrier.
If a return does not pass inspection, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs if they wish to have the item returned.
INSPECTION
Once your return has been delivered to us, it will be inspected by our team. This may take a few days.
If your return is accepted, you will receive Store Credit equivalent to the amount paid for approved items.
YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
- Return was not authorized
- The item was opened
- The item is not in original packaging
- The item was used
- The item is missing labels or parts
- The item is damaged
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGED PACKAGE OR WRONG ORDER
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@microbladingsupply.com with photos. We will evaluate the situation and provide a solution.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit can be used toward another product available on the website.
