Shipping policy

All orders received by 3 PM (EST) are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders after 3 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PACKAGE TRACKING/UPS

We are not responsible for failure to deliver a package as a result of the customer providing incorrect shipping information (address or other information) upon checkout. The customer must provide correct, clear, and up-to-date shipping information.

As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address the customer had provided in checkout. The tracking number enables the customer to check the status of the package.

Once the package is handed over to the courier company, we are no longer responsible for it. microbladingsupply.com is thus not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
