The PhiBrows Brown 3 SUPE is a dark brown shade with a high concentration of black pigment.

As the fifth generation PhiBrows formula, SUPE pigments help microblading artists create results that don’t shift or change over time. The SUPE pigment shades are safe, and stable enough to not fade into gray hues, therefore do not need to be additionally mixed with base colors.
